Who provides cannabis to Puff Prism?
We source all of our cannabis vapes from local farmers, many of whom supply products to provincial Liquor Distribution Branches and are approved by Health Canada.

High-CBD products, which contain more than four percent CBD by weight, can be indica-dominant, sativa-dominant, or hybrid. The type of product depends on the specific combination of genetic traits inherited from its parent strains.
What are cannabinoids?

I don’t want to smoke cannabis. Are there other ways to use it?
At Puff Prism, we exclusively offer disposable vapes and vape cartridges. While other cannabis products—such as oils, capsules, topicals, and edibles—are available on the market, our focus remains on delivering high-quality vape experiences for our customers.
What does it mean if a product is showing as limited quantity?
This product is low in stock at our warehouse, but may still be available for purchase. If the quantity you select exceeds available stock, your cart will automatically adjust at checkout to reflect the amount in stock. You can then review, modify, or remove the item as needed.

Are there any shipping restrictions?
Products can only be shipped to addresses within Canada. Canada Post will not deliver vaporizers containing lithium-ion batteries to certain remote postal codes that require air freight. Please check our shipping policies for more details.
What delivery options are available?
Currently, Puff Prism offers carbon-neutral, expedited shipping across Canada via Canada Post.

Do you offer international shipping?
No, cannabis isn’t legal in many countries so we don’t ship outside of Canada.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the couriers website.
Will transporting packaged cannabis result in an odour?
In its sealed original packaging, cannabis products should not result in an odour. Once opened or transferred to another container, consumers may find that their products have an aroma. Store cannabis products securely so that they can’t be accessed by children, teens, and pets.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Products can only be shipped to an address within Canada, and recipients must have government-issued ID with proof of age to receive the order.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered within one to four business days via Canada Post. To check the estimated delivery time for your location, visit our Estimated Delivery Time page. Please note that orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will be shipped on Monday due to carrier pick-up schedules.
How do I find a missing package that shows as delivered?
Using the tracking number and link found on your shipping confirmation email, check the Canada Post website to track your package. If you need support, contact our Customer Care Centre.
What if I am not home to collect my order?
If home delivery is not possible, you will receive instructions on how to retrieve your order.
I’ve been sent the wrong product, what do I do?
